What to Expect ?

Your First Appointment, Step-by-Step

Your first visit is designed to help us understand your body, your concerns, and the best way to support your recovery. Every session begins with a warm welcome, a thorough intake, and a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

1. Initial Consultation & Assessment

Your appointment starts with a short intake form and a one‑on‑one conversation with your practitioner. We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and your goals for treatment.

A physical assessment may follow, focusing on posture, movement, muscle tension, and any areas of discomfort. This helps us identify the underlying patterns contributing to your condition and determine the most suitable therapies.

2. Understanding Your Findings

After the assessment, your practitioner will explain their observations in clear, simple terms. You’ll gain a better understanding of:

  • What may be contributing to your pain or imbalance

  • How your muscles, joints, or meridians are affected

  • Which treatment methods are most appropriate for your body

We always take the time to answer your questions and ensure you feel informed and supported.

3. Your Personalised Treatment Plan

Based on your goals and assessment, we’ll create a tailored plan to help you recover and maintain long‑term wellbeing.

Your treatment may include:

  • Remedial massage to release tension and restore mobility

  • TCM therapies such as cupping, fire cupping, gua sha, or meridian massage

  • Lifestyle and posture guidance to support healing between sessions

  • Self‑care recommendations such as stretches, heat therapy, or relaxation techniques

Fire cupping and other TCM modalities are performed only when appropriate and always adapted to your comfort level.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

24‑Hour Notice Required

At Qi Flow Wellness, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure fair access for all clients, we have a 24‑hour rescheduling and cancellation policy.

Securing Your Booking

All online bookings require a valid credit card to secure your appointment. Your card is only charged if a late change or no‑show occurs.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 50% fee. This amount can be credited toward a future appointment when you rebook.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is treated the same as a late cancellation and incurs a 50% fee, which can be applied to your next session.

Rescheduling earlier than 24 hours is free of charge.

No‑Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us, a 70% fee of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.

Why This Policy Matters

Late changes and no‑shows directly impact our practitioners and limit availability for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. This policy helps us maintain fairness, consistency, and high‑quality care for everyone.
