Appointments
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated when the schedule allows.
Online booking and credit card details
When booking online, you may be asked to provide credit card details to secure your appointment time. This is not a charge at the time of booking. Payment details are securely processed by Stripe and are deleted after your appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No‑shows are charged 70% of the service fee, and rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 50% fee, which can be credited toward a future appointment.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, EFTPOS, and cashless payment options including Zip, Afterpay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
Gift cards, packages, and programs
If you purchase a package, program, or gift card, any specific inclusions, expiry (if applicable), and redemption rules will be explained at the time of purchase.
Results vary
Every person responds differently. Outcomes depend on individual factors including health history, lifestyle, and consistency of care.
